Testimonials

This is what some participants to the previous trainings said about the MBSR program:

I followed the course with Estelle just before going back to work from maternity leave. I wanted to help myself finding a balance as a new working mom. The course gives concrete tips to release stress and to find balance. Estelle is a very kind, opened and serious teacher which enables people to feel at ease from the start.

— Marine - MBSR Participant

My goal before I enter the course was to be more connected to myself and to learn to be more mindful of everyday activities. During the course, I have learned different ways of mindful communication, which is so necessary to keep good relationships. Meditation and mindfulness are a daily routine for me now and I feel alive. Estelle has been a great support, I really appreciate her personal approach to each person in the group. Highly recommended! Life-changing!

About Me

Estelle+PNG.png

My name is Estelle Augustyn, and I am a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction certified teacher from the Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches (IMA) in Germany.

I graduated with a Master’s in Management of Human Resources, and I have 15 years of experience in the HR management field.

I came to mindfulness and the MBSR technique after trying many other options to recover from a bad burnout brought by my professional life.

After seeing the positive effects on my road to recovery, I decided to become a trainer myself so I could bring the benefits of mindfulness to individuals and companies.

Although I am originally from France, I will lead this MBSR course in English.
