MBSR a 8-week program

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8 week course that was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at UMass Medical School’s Stress Reduction Clinic.

Participants attend to weekly sessions of 2h30 during 8 weeks and to a silent day at the end of the training. Each session consists of guided practice, group reflection and inquiry. During the program, participants will be asked to practice at home, daily, with the support of audio meditations and a workbook.

Is this training for me?

This training is accessible for anyone with or without any experience of meditation or yoga, whatever their physical conditions.
