You attended an MBSR training some weeks or years ago and you miss practicing Mindfulness in a group set-up. Or, you would like to get a flavor of the MBSR program. And, on top of that, you are a cake lover! This workshop is for you!

As a certified MBSR trainer, I would like to offer the opportunity to former participants of the MBSR program to reconnect with the group set-up from time to time. And, this workshop will also be an opportunity for new participants to discover and experience a few Mindfulness practices.

This workshop will combine two of my passion: cakes and Mindfulness!

Workshop program

  • Guided Mindfulness practices (still or in movement): reconnect or discover a few practices of the MBSR program

  • Group sharing (not mandatory)

  • Enjoy your cake and let’s have a drink together!

Price: 20 euros

About Me

My name is Estelle Augustyn, and I am a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction certified teacher from the Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches (IMA) in Germany.

I graduated with a Master’s in Management of Human Resources, and I have 15 years of experience in the HR management field.

I came to mindfulness and the MBSR technique after trying many other options to recover from a bad burnout brought by my professional life.

After seeing the positive effects on my road to recovery, I decided to become a trainer myself so I could bring the benefits of mindfulness to individuals and companies.

Although I am originally from France, I will lead this MBSR course in English.

Is this workshop for me?

  • This workshop is accessible for anyone with or without any experience of meditation or yoga, whatever their physical conditions.

Can I join even if I did not follow an MBSR training

  • Sure! This workshop is accessible to anyone. You will get a flavor of the MBSR program.

What are the COVID-19 Precautionary Measures?

Safety is a priority 😊

  • The maximum capacity is 8 participants.

  • All the material (yoga mat, meditation cushion / bench) will be installed in advance so you need to touch as little as possible. If you feel more comfortable bringing your own mat, meditation cushion or blanket, you are welcome to do so.

  • The yoga mat will be disinfected with mat-spray before and after each session.

  • The door handles and other surfaces that are touched regularly will be clean before each session.

  • Keep the 1.5 meter distance prescribed by the Dutch government.

  • We encourage you to wash your hands or use the disinfectant gel available.

  • Please sneeze or cough in your elbow or in a tissue that you can dispose of.

  • If you have any symptoms, such as a sore throat, a runny nose, sneezing, a mild cough or a heightened temperature, please stay at home until you feel fully recovered.
